Steve launched Compass Commercial Brokers LLC with Tina DiPietrantonio in 2010, building on 12 years of experience in the Greater Portland commercial real estate market. After a successful 10-year career with CBRE/The Boulos Company, Steve was Vice President with Paragon Commercial Brokerage in Portland, Maine. He has been involved in excess of $500 million in sale/lease transactions in his career. Steve is highly experienced in the sale and leasing of retail, office and investment real estate, and is uniquely proficient in assisting clients in repositioning their holdings to compete with new inventory in a challenging market place.

As President/CEO of Compass Commercial Brokers, he has worked to grow and develop the company into a progressive brokerage firm dedicated and committed to their clients real estate needs. Steve's clients have benefited from his unique ability in marketing commercial real estate with successful returns from re-imaging static properties, which as an end result equates to lower vacancy levels and successful sale returns for his clients. With Steve’s unique approach, he has become a tremendous asset to many commercial property owners in the Greater Portland Area and has carried this approach through to Compass Commercial.

Steve also manages, owns and develops commercial real estate with his development company and is parters with many owner/developers in the Greater Portland Area. Steve is active in many local organizations and was appointed to the Old Port Task Force in 2007.

Steve resides in Falmouth with his wife and two children.
